UK Channels – Not only the main BBC/ITV/Ch4/Ch5 Freesat channels but all the other Astra 2 channels.
French main channels are all encrypted so you can choose to include or exclude the French if these are not important to you, the Non-French version uses a different receiver, but the same dish.
The “All Europe with UK” package has German, French, Italian, Spanish and UK free to air channels. Russian and Polish free channels can also be added.

In the South the wide angle dish will work ok but due to problems with the new Fransat satellite, installations above London (51 degrees latitude), a larger dish is required.
LONDON + South UK
The Wide Angle Force Frontier T55 Toroidal style dish with 4 lnbs, with tm1 or similar low noise high gain lnbs. This remarkable combination has been tested by me over many years of installations, in all areas of England Wales, and Scotland, giving good signal strength.
What is a Toroidal dish? Its main property is that the reflectors enable a uniform coverage throughout its remarkable 40 degrees, unlike the typical normal ( Parabolic ) dish which has a great signal for centrally positioned lnbs but towards the edges, the signal falls off
Above London (Cambridge – Bristol up to York)
A 1metre dish of this type with 2,3 or 4 lnbs is the multi-sat dish used between 51° (London) and 54° latitude ( Blackpool to York) .
The dish is a standard parabolic type, so does not have the wide angle characteristics, an additional Sky mini dish is needed to cover the UK channels. The Sky dish is just visible under the main dish.
The alternative for latitudes above 52° ( Gloucester to Ipswich ) is the T90 Toroidal dish, this is a very good dish, giving excellent signal strength, but it is big!
What receiver will I get with this package? — The German made Technisat receiver complete with French card.

This will work with ALL televisions ( HD or UHD) and makes provision for the future
All Europe - With non Encrypted French only
If the French main channels TF1 etc are NOT needed then you can use this Budget priced Amiko They are good general FTA – free to air receivers and will still receive the non-encrypted French channels TV5 monde, Arte, I 24 News, France 24, CCTV FR, M6 boutique, BFM, BFM business, Canal+ ( shows free programmes twice a day without a subscription ) , CNews, LCP, EuroNews
